With the fast pacing world where technological advancements are happening with every passing minute, there is a need for the Universities, educational institutions at all levels to inculcate innovative and creative mindset among the students pursuing various studies at a different level of expertise.
The main focus should be given to the innovative and creative mindset at the early stage of education of the children and the students need to be pushed to develop out of box thinking.
There is also a need to nurture the problem-saving attitude among the children which needs to be inculcated among them at the very early stage of their education gaining which becomes difficult as times passes and their keep on levelling up in their ladder of education.
The educational institutions, particularly the higher learning institutions need to build their curriculum in such a way that the students are compelled to come out of their comfort zones and execute things by employing out of box solutions and taking alternate routes which rarely tread.
There is a need for the policymakers, educationists to shift their focus on making education innovation-oriented by framing a policy that will address all the major sectors in education and strive towards building a scientific temper among the students as soon as they step into the education system at their early stage.
The educational institutions also need to extend their cooperation in the process and should try to implement these elements on the individual level as well so that a collective effort is made by starting from the individual level as a whole.
