Pulwama : In a swift response to rumors circulating on social media regarding absenteeism among medical and paramedical staff, District Hospital Pulwama has clarified that all personnel on night duty were present and actively providing healthcare services.
According to hospital authorities, 21 doctors and 19 paramedical staff members were on duty during the night shift. The hospital administration confirmed that every staff member adhered to their responsibilities and was available to cater to the needs of patients.
The rumors gained traction on social media platforms, alleging a lack of staff presence during critical hours. However, the administration labeled these claims as “baseless,” asserting that they aim to tarnish the hospital’s reputation.
Adding weight to the clarification, a female patient who received treatment during the night shift stated, “All the doctors and staff were present and attentive. The care provided was prompt and professional.”
The hospital has urged the public to avoid spreading misinformation and rely on verified sources for updates regarding healthcare services. The administration reiterated its commitment to ensuring uninterrupted medical services to the people of Pulwama.
