Pulwama: In a heartfelt tribute to the relentless efforts of media professionals, the Journalist Guild of Pulwama celebrated World Press Freedom Day with a special event at Food Palace Hotel & Restaurant, Pulwama.
The highlight of the occasion was the felicitation of senior journalists, recognized for their long-standing contribution to the field of journalism. The honors were presented by Kamran Health Society Pulwama, underscoring the vital role journalists play in shaping informed societies.
The event witnessed the presence of notable civil society members including Ghulam Hassan Talib, a retired KAS officer, alongside prominent trade leaders and respected community figures.
